I like rain
that falls mildly
when it's late at night
while my head feels heavy yet so empty

Drops of water would sing
outside my window
As the calming sound
flushes my worry away
and later transforms
into the sound of hope
Saying it's okay
to pause
because today's done
and tomorrow's yet to come...
